MossNet is considered to be adware, which may be distributed and install itself onto the PC through bundled various freeware. If the computer user wants to avoid the download of MossNet, he has to be very careful when downloading free applications on the computer system. MossNet may be installed on the computer system as an extra program to free software and then display repeated pop-up ads on the computer declaring that they are sent to the PC user by MossNet Deals or MossNet Ads. If commercial pop-up ads carrying the MossNet name appear on the computer, this may specify that MossNet was installed on the PC. MossNet may be promoted using misleading distribution techniques. Upon installation, MossNet may insert unwanted toolbars, add-ons, plug-ins and browser extensions for the purpose of making easy money. If the computer user wants to evade the download of MossNet, he should pay more attention to the installation process of free programs. If a check mark, which agrees to install MossNet, is shown, the computer user is advised to uncheck it.
