The MMUltraPlayer software is advertised as a lightweight media player that boasts advanced video rendering capabilities packed in less than twenty megabytes. The MMUltraPlayer software is similar to VLC media players and utilities open source codec combined with the ability to load third-party plug-ins and codecs. Interested users may wonder why the MMUltraPlayer software does not have an official page, and they can install it with freeware bundles only. The development of the MMUltraPlayer software is in Beta stage and is not released to PCs officially yet. As with the Steam Greenlight, the makers of the MMUltraPlayer media player recognize the power of community funding and feedback. However, the MMUltraPlayer program is not as innocent as it may seem. We have reports that the MMUltraPlayer application might install a browser plug-in and use it to show unsanctioned advertisements in the form of pop-up windows and banners. Additionally, the MMUltraPlayer may change your default search engine to Searchcompanion.com that is associated with a browser hijacker.
The MMUltraPlayer application is deemed as Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) with adware capabilities that may cover your screen with pop-up ads and suggest you to buy products from sponsors. The MMUltraPlayer media player is similar to KeyPlayer in functionality and may allow users to load standard video formats. MMUltraPlayer may have difficulties in loading MKV, AAC, and MOV data streams that are used for many HD videos. The MMUltraPlayer software may not be a worthy replacement to your default media player, and it may slow down your browser. The ads by MMUltraPlayer may be displayed on your screen even if you have installed extensions like AdGuard and Privacy Badger. The browser plug-in of MMUltraPlayer may run as an executable DLL and bypass ad-blocking services you may have enabled on your computer. The MMUltraPlayer program may invite users to complete a marketing survey every time they want to load videos online and offline in MMUltraPlayer. You might wish to remove the MMUltraPlayer software with the help of a credible anti-spyware utility.
