MagnoPlayer is an adware that may flood a computer's screen with pop-up advertisements, deals and special offers while the PC user is browsing the Web. MagnoPlayer may be installed as a browser add-on on Google Chrome, Mozilla FireFox and Internet Explorer. MagnoPlayer may affect all of the Web browsers installed on the PC. Some of the pop-up advertisements displayed by MagnoPlayer may be compromised or reroute PC users to unsavory websites. MagnoPlayer may collect details about the Web user's online habits. The collected data may be used for specific advertisements to be displayed on the affected computer. The collected details may also be sold to third parties. MagnoPlayer may come packaged with other freeware and shareware. MagnoPlayer may result in unwanted redirects to commercial websites. MagnoPlayer may also change the default search engine and home page with a particular advertisement website.
