LittleWeaver is a potentially unwanted application, which may also be categorized as adware because it may show intrusive pop-up ads labelled as 'LittleWeaver Ads' or 'LittleWeaver Deals' on the desktop of the computer. LittleWeaver may be installed on the PC without the computer user's agreement or mistakenly when not paying enough attention to the installation process when downloading free apps from unreliable download websites on the Internet. When LittleWeaver enters the computer system, it may alter system settings and cover the desktop of the PC with disturbing pop-up and banner advertisements, underlined words and similar alerts that allegedly make PC users visit particular useful websites; however, in actuality, these websites may help makers of LittleWeaver benefit from raised traffic and ad clicks. LittleWeaver may show random advertisements in any popular Web browser including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari installed on the PC. LittleWeaver may proliferate and infiltrate into the computer through packed freeware.
