JS/TrojanClicker.Agent.NDL is a Javascript Trojan that is involved in a 'Who's Viewed Your Facebook Profile' malware campaign spreading on Facebook. JS/TrojanClicker.Agent.NDL tempts victims into downloading and running an infected .exe file, which imitates a 'Who's Viewed Your Facebook Profile' add-on. The infectious .exe file called 'V.exe', identified as JS/TrojanClicker.Agent.NDL, steals sensitive details from local Internet browsers, loads automatically when Windows boots up, and aims at taking over all of the target computer user's friends on Facebook. JS/TrojanClicker.Agent.NDL may aim at advertising particular websites. JS/TrojanClicker.Agent.NDL may increase the number of visits to particular websites in order to raise the number of hits for online advertisements, initiate Denial of Service attacks on specific servers or simply divert attacked PC users to harmful websites. JS/TrojanClicker.Agent.NDL may carry a list of specific URLs and transmit HTTP requests to simulate clicks on banner advertisements to increase web counter statistics.
