'Java Required' is a fake pop-up notification that may aim to induce PC users to download Java although, in fact, it is not linked to genuine software. The 'Java Required' Pop-Up may emerge on the PC while computer users are surfing the Internet using the Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. The 'Java Required' Pop-Up notification may take the full screen of the Web browser and embed the unreliable website FixPCNow.net and unwillingly reroute computer users to it. The 'Java Required' Pop-Up message may strive to install adware or other related potentially unwanted programs (PUPs) on the computer. The toolbars pertaining to the 'Java Required' Pop-Up message may be embedded into the Web browser by related adware after clicking on the 'Java Required' Pop-Up or any buttons that it may encompass.
