Inbxx, otherwise known as Inbxx Virus is a browser hijacker that may alter the default browser settings on the PC. Inbxx may substitute the default start page and search provider, or a new tab window on the Web browser with Inbxx.com. Inbxx may also modify search results in any well-known search service with affiliated links and unwillingly reroute PC users to Inbxx.com or other suspicious websites that were created to possibly benefit from increased website traffic and clicks on pop-up advertisements that may be shown on such unreliable websites. Inbxx Virus may circulate through bundled free software, hacked websites and spam email messages. Inbxx Virus may trace the computer user's surfing routine and then transmit and use collected data for targeted advertising purposes.
