Hyper Browser is a potentially unwanted program (PUP)/adware that is generated by GigaClicks. After installation, Hyper Browser may add a registry entry for the current user which may permit Hyper Browser to automatically launch whenever it is restarted. A scheduled task may be added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to load Hyper Browser at a variety of scheduled times; the schedule may differ based on the version. Hyper Browser is developed to connect to the Internet and add a Windows Firewall exception in order to do so without being interrupted with. Hyper Browser may generate and show intrusive pop-up advertisements on the computer system. Hyper Browser may continuously divert PC users to suspicious websites incorporating its own website Gigaclicks.net. Hyper Browser may attempt to gain benefit from clicks on advertisements and increased web traffic.
