HTML_EXPLOYT.AE is a Trojan that exploits CVE-2012-1889 through Internet Explorer, a vulnerability in Microsoft XML Core Services. The certain vulnerability enables to execute a remote code if a computer user views a specifically crafted website using Internet Explorer. Since the vulnerability appears in Microsoft XML Core Services by way of Internet Explorer, this attack code would strongly influence computer users once it is exploited by cybercriminals. The attack code of the vulnerability was made public. HTML_EXPLOYT.AE may invade the corrupted PC by using different ways, such as spam emails or a infected websites. HTML_EXPLOYT.AE does not encompass a function of evading DEP (Data Execution Prevention). If HTML_EXPLOYT.AE i sexecuted on an Internet Explorer with DEP enabled, it damages IE.
