The HDview browser application by Cossrider platform is deemed by security experts as adware and should not be mistaken with the legitimate HDView software from Microsoft Research that is used to enhance online media. The HDview adware uses the name of the reputable software by Microsft Research and freeware packages to spread on many systems and display advertisements.
