Gruvvin is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that possesses some negative features. It can be installed both from the official page ‒ gruvvin.com, and as a bundle towards some cost-free programs. The software is promoted as a free Internet radio player. While this may be true, the program is supported by advertisements. Many users complain that after the installation of Gruvvin, their browsers started displaying various pop-ups, banners, in-text ads and video ads. This happens regardless if the user prefers Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. The aim of these ads is to promote third-party sites. However, clicking on the links may bring you to potentially harmful pages and, for this reason, the ads should not be trusted. Gruvvin doesn't offer anything that cannot be achieved without having to put up with annoying ads ‒ for example, people can always listen to their favorite songs on YouTube. If you want to have a fast and safe browsing experience, you should consider removing the PUP with the help of a dedicated anti-malware product.
