Gen:Trojan.Heur.RP.amgfa46h is a Trojan downloader, which propagates via a shortened URL of a bogus Twitter post that reports the latest news from the VB International Conference. Gen:Trojan.Heur.RP.amgfa46h is disguised under the file VB2011.exe. Gen:Trojan.Heur.RP.amgfa46h installs in svchost.exe process and tries to download another file named Installation.exe. Once activated, the installer can't be removed and connects to other websites related to malware for downloading and installing additional infected files on the corrupted computer. Throughout the installation, Gen:Trojan.Heur.RP.amgfa46h opens some gameware, adware and porn websites in the Internet Explorer and creates desktop shortcuts towards these websites. It is strongly recommended not to open an infected shortened URL in a Twitter post about the VB International Conference. If you have already installed Gen:Trojan.Heur.RP.amgfa46h on your machine, remove it with a legitimate and effective anti-virus program.
