Generic28.AULI
The Generic28.AULI Trojan is a malware infection that belongs to the Generic28 family of Trojans, a relatively small family of malware. Generic28.AULI is usually bundled along with the PSW.SpyEye virus, an invasive malware infection designed to spy on a computer user's activity. Generic28.AULI and its associated malware will often be obfuscated in a way that makes their detection much more difficult than normal prior to their installation on the victim's computer system. While there are many sources for a Generic28.AULI Trojan infection, this Trojan is often distributed in zipped archives, often containing pirated software or cracked games. Generic28.AULI and its associated malware attempt to steal sensitive data from the infected computer system. To do that, Generic28.AULI makes changes to the infected computer system's Registry and system settings. These give Generic28.AULI unauthorized control over the infected operating system.
