Generic18.EXG is a Trojan infection which is created to damage your computer system by deleting certain system files, disabling associated programs and taking control over your computer. Generic18.EXG is able to bypass security applications and access your computer system without your consent. Generic18.EXG downloads and executes corrupt files to enable attackers to remotely control the affected computer system. Generic18.EXG can cause browser redirection problems, high CPU, system slow down, etc. Generic18.EXG can run its executable programs at computer startup automatically because it will change the targeted computer's system settings after penetration into the compromised PC. You should remove Generic18.EXG immediately before it harms your computer system.
