GamesGoFree is a browser hijacker that modifies search results in a hacked web browser and reroutes attacked web users to Home.gamesgofree.com. GamesGoFree alters browsers settings without the victimized PC user's awareness on the corrupted PC. GamesGoFree provides computer users with numerous collections of top class free games; however, it sets the targeted computer's security and the attacked PC user's privacy in danger. GamesGoFree is spread to affected PC packaged with freeware and shareware programs. GamesGoFree modifies the default homepage and default search provider with Home.gamesgofree.com, or opens it in a new tab window. By using GamesGoFree, cybercrooks are able to see what websites affected computer users are visiting and divert them to their pushed websites and even to Search.conduit.com whenever victimized PC users browser the web. GamesGoFree is used by cybercrooks with the only goal to benefit from increased traffic and the pay-per-click technique.
