EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecard
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:
Ranking: The ranking of a particular threat in EnigmaSoft’s Threat Database.
Severity Level: The determined severity level of an object, represented numerically, based on our risk modeling process and research, as explained in our Threat Assessment Criteria.
Infected Computers: The number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular threat detected on infected computers as reported by SpyHunter.

The FreeLocalWeather Toolbar is an ad-supported product by Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc., IAC Search, and Media Europe Limited that you may be offered to install from a pop-up window and sites with ad-supported content. The FreeLocalWeather Toolbar is advertised to help Web surfers "Get up to date local weather forecasts; track a storm with live radar and satellite feeds; view seasonal changes" as seen on its official site — www.c2i4icc2i4ic.top. The software is available to Web surfers who use the Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox for their Internet activity. PC users are free to install and use the program as much as they want. However, you should take the time to read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy published at https://eula.mindspark.com/eula/ and https://eula.mindspark.com/privacypolicy/.
The FreeLocalWeather application is designed to change your new tab page to a customized version of http://hp.myway.com and record Internet and device usage statistics. The FreeLocalWeather New Tab includes links to www.wunderground.com/hurricane, www.pollen.com, and tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/gmap3 that you may find useful. The FreeLocalWeather Toolbar does not offer exclusive content—it only shows publicly available information in a way that may be convenient for many users. PC users who may want to add the FreeLocalWeather Toolbar to their browser should take into consideration that the program records your IP address and browser type, OS versions, Internet history, the files you download, the extensions you have installed and the advertisements you explore. The data collected by 'FreeLocalWeather' is sent to the servers of Mindspark and users receive personalized marketing materials on supported pages.
The FreeLocalWeather Toolbar is a clone of the QuickWeatherAlert Toolbar that Mindspark released earlier in 2018. Many applications by Mindspark are flagged as riskware, Potentially Unwanted Programs {PUPs) and adware by various Av vendors because the company employs arbitrary marketing practices. You can access the content from the FreeLocalWeather New Tab by navigating to http://hp.myway.com/freelocalweather/ttab02/ if you do not wish to share information on your device and Internet behavior. The FreeLocalWeather Toolbar may be marked with the following security detection names:
