FreeBillPayAlert Toolbar is a potentially unwanted program/toolbar, which may proliferate on the Internet as a web browser plug-in or add-on. FreeBillPayAlert Toolbar declares to enhance the PC user's browsing activities but, in reality, it cannot do this because it may be used to constantly divert the Web browser to questionable websites. These websites may be created for commercial intentions that is to show random pop-up ads and urge to click on them to make money from clicks on ads and increased website traffic. FreeBillPayAlert Toolbar may also gather information about the computer user's browsing routine, such as search queries, favorite Web browser, computer's IP address and similar details. FreeBillPayAlert Toolbar may circulate and invade the PC through bundled free software.
