EXP/JAVA.Rafold.U.Gen is a JavScript virus that makes modifications to the computer system default settings and, therefore, is complicated to find and uninstall from the affected PC by numerous anti-virus programs. While being installed on the targeted computer, EXP/JAVA.Rafold.U.Gen adds infected files and registry entries. EXP/JAVA.Rafold.U.Gen can access the compromised PC without the victim's consent and awareness. EXP/JAVA.Rafold.U.Gen proliferates via infectious downloads, malicious websites, spam email attachments and other means. EXP/JAVA.Rafold.U.Gen slows down the corrupted PC, leads to unwanted browser diversions and computer harm. EXP/JAVA.Rafold.U.Gen may replace the default start page, search provider and a new tab page with a certain questionable website. EXP/JAVA.Rafold.U.Gen may also show random pop-up advertisements when the PC user is browsing on the web.
