The DownSpeedTest Toolbar can be attached to popular Web browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc. DownSpeedTest Toolbar was is created by the Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc., which is known for creating specialized toolbar add-on applications. DownSpeedTest Toolbar needs to be downloaded and installed by the computer user; it can't enter a computer bundled with third-party applications. Security experts consider the DownSpeedTest toolbar as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP). Computer users who are not eager to continue using DownSpeedTest Toolbar's services can remove it manually through Internet Explorer's Control Panel or within the add-on extensions menu in Firefox and Google Chrome.
