DoS/Alureon.A is a malicious Trojan that would cause a blue screen of death, program uninstall failure, .exe not found error, etc. because it can search for .exe files on your hard drive and either destroy or delete them. DoS/Alureon.A can spread via malicious websites or infected program downloads. DoS/Alureon.A can attach itself to a legitimate file or hide itself as a legitimate file. DoS/Alureon.A can also propagate via spam email attachments or malicious files. Delete DoS/Alureon.A immediately after detection.
