Computer users that want to lose weight and live a healthy life might be inclined to try out the Diet Interactive application. Also, users may be attracted by the possibility to save money on diet supplements and healthy tips that the Diet Interactive claim to provide. The Diet Interactive application is developed and operated by Informer Technologies, Inc. and is similar to My Coupon Storm and Healthy Days Hub. Security analysts reveal that the Diet Interactive app is an adware that may provide users with links to Health.com and Nutrition.org.uk but is designed to push numerous marketing materials on your desktop. The Diet Interactive adware may clutter your browser window with banners, floating ads, inline hyperlinks to sponsors and pop-up windows. The ads by Diet Interactive may feature links to untrusted merchants that may aim to sell faulty fitness equipment at low prices but decline to refund users.
Moreover, the Diet Interactive adware may uninstall browser extensions that interfere with your operations. The Diet Interactive adware may change your homepage and default search provider to increase the amount of affiliate marketing revenue being generated. Security analysts note that the Diet Interactive adware may change your search provider to Oatmealsmoke.kim and provide you with customized search results that may include many ads that may not be helpful. Oatmealsmoke.kim should not be trusted because it is connected to a browser hijacker and the Diet Interactive adware may redirect users to harmful domains. Needless to say, the Diet Interactive adware may not be beneficial to your fitness regime, diet and online activity. The Diet Interactive adware may have installed its files in a hidden folder in the AppData directory to obstruct manual removal. You might want to install a credible anti-spyware tool to take care of the Diet Interactive adware for you and upgrade your cyber security.
