You might see the DealStream shopping enhancer listed under the 'Advanced' or 'Typical' option of a freeware package as an optional component. The DealStream shopping enhancer may claim to stream updated news and links to coupons, discounts and vouchers from reputable online stores, but it is adware. The DealStream adware can be found at Dealstream.com, but the site does not have content because adware developers prefer not to provide information on what their application does and keep the users in the dark. As seen with 50Coupons and OneStep, the DealStream adware may claim to be harmless, but it may display corrupted advertisements in Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox that redirect users to harmful domains.
Security investigators report that the main executable of the DealStream adware may use brand names like Google and Yahoo to avoid raising suspicion. Moreover, the DealStream adware might run as a browser service on your computer that is registered in the Windows Registry and users could have trouble disabling it. Computer users that are affected by the DealStream adware may experience pop-up windows and banners loaded with promotional materials. Also, the DealStream adware may use JavaScript to inject inline ads and ad-boxes on your proffered websites to make sure that you are presented with advertising content regularly. The DealStream adware is designed to generate affiliate marketing revenue for its developers as much as possible and may cover your browser surface with promotions. Additionally, the DealStream adware may connect to the servers of advertisers over unencrypted HTTP channels and expose your system to cyber threats like Graftor and Kryptik. You need to install a renowned anti-malware suite to purge the DealStream.
