Cybersecurity specialists categorize search engines such as feed.convertrz-search.com as fake due to their inability to do the most basic search engine function - to produce a list of relevant search results. Instead, feed.convertrz-search.com redirects through search.yahoo.com for the results.

While some users may still find the features offered by ConvertrzSearch as at least somewhat useful, it is still recommended to remove the application as soon as possible due to the security risks it represents.
