Comparedby.us
Comparedby.us is a Google search redirection virus that will take over the Google search engine and redirect targeted web users to malicious websites. Google search results will not be redirected directly from the main search page, but once an affected PC user clicks any of the search result links, he/she will get rerouted to malicious websites including Comparedby.us. Comparedby.us advertises rogue anti-spyware applications that pretend to include online anti-malware scanners, but, in truth, they are advertisements that when finished claim your PC is infected. Comparedby.us has to be blocked by configuring your web browser settings to not open in your web browser.
