CleanV

A rogue anti-spyware program named CleanV has been developed by hackers and is now being spread amongst computer users over the internet. CleanV was found to have a cleverly designed main menu which slightly mimics a legitimate antivirus or well-known security tool. The hackers that created CleanV have done this on purpose to basically trick computer users out of money by convincing them into purchasing a full version of CleanV hoping it will resolve any virus or spyware infection issues.

When installed, CleanV or Clean V is known to display a plethora of popup alerts and system scan results which are all bogus. This is why you never want to waste your time with a rogue application like CleanV and do not even think about spending your money on it. You may end up giving the hackers that created CleanV your credit card information and that is a major pain in trying to get your money back.

The reality behind CleanV is that it is completely unable to detect or remove any type of known PC parasite. If it does remove malware then it is something totally new to us. We recommend that you do not take a chance with CleanV to see if it will remove malware but instead use a real malware remover application to rid your system of CleanV.
