CheckMeApp

CheckMeApp is a resourceful adware threat that may be distributed by compromised websites, spam e-mails or bundled with free programs. CheckMeApp may display several random advertisements such as pop-ups, inline text links and banners on affected computers. These advertisements may appear while the computer user is surfing the Internet. CheckMeApp advertisements may redirect computer users to unwanted or questionable locations that promote the download of additional unsafe content. CheckMeApp may enter the computer via pay-per-install bundles, but CheckMeApp also may be installed by the computer user. If computer users want to put an end on CheckMeApp's unwanted advertisements, they should use an updated anti-malware utility to detect and remove all components and the adware related to CheckMeApp from their systems.
