Caribarena Ransomware
Caribarena Ransomware, otherwise known as Caribarena Virus, is a security threat detected as ransomware, which aims to extort money from innocent computer users. Caribarena Ransomware is spread by attackers with the help of a ransomlock Trojan, which locks a vulnerable computer system and forces a PC user to pay a so-called ransom of $200 via Moneygram to receive an unlock code. Caribarena Ransomware blocks the desktop of the infected computer and makes the PC completely unusable. Caribarena Ransomware shows a pop-up warning message, which speaks on behalf of the police or other legal authority, specifically Caribarena and blames PC users for violation of laws. Caribarena Ransomware declares that the PC user has been visiting pirated websites or watching and distributing forbidden audio or video to other computer users. Caribarena Ransomware presses the target PC user to transfer a certain amount of money via the payment systems to unlock the computer. Do not pay the so-called ransom because this will not help you to restore access to your PC. Use a decent anti-malware program to detect and remove the ransomlock Trojan and, thus, rid the computer of Caribarena Ransomware.
