Bytedefender Security

Bytedefender Security is a rogue security application. Bytedefender Security is known to be installed from a Trojan horse or the download of a malicious file from a hacker's website. After installed, Bytedefender Security will attempt to scan the computer for parasites returning several fake results as a scare tactic.

Bytedefender Security is incapable of detecting or removing computer malware. It should also be noted that Bytedefender Security can drastically reduce the performance of a computer leaving the user with very few options. It is suggested that Bytedefender Security be removed with a spyware removal tool to ensure damages are kept to a minimum.
