The Blablalauncher.com site is associated with a browser extension from a company called BlablalauncherSoftware that is designed to make changes to your default Internet browser. The Blablalauncher.com browser extension is promoted via freeware bundles and extension platforms to introduce search enhancements to Web users. The Blablalauncher.com app is programmed to change your new tab and start page to Blablalauncher.com, and its layout mimics the one of Google.com from 2011. However, Blablalauncher.com is not managed by Google Inc., and it does not include support for customizations. The extension from BlablalauncherSoftware lacks a valid digital signature and an official page. Additionally, there is no contact information on Blablalauncher.com or privacy policy and EULA that come with the Blablalauncher.com browser extension. The app from Blablalauncher.com is deemed as a browser hijacker which redirects users to Blablalauncher.com and then to the legitimate Google search results page. It appears the developers from BlablalauncherSoftware are making money from collecting data like browsing history, search terms and bookmarks collections for marketing purposes. It is not clear that companies are partnering with Blablalauncher.com. You may be interested to know that we found a clone of Blablalauncher.com that features the same layout and it is associated with cases of browser hijacking as well. The clone we found is named MyStartSearch.com. We have reports that both of the pages mentioned above have connections to adware and it is a good idea to run a complete system scan with a trustworthy anti-malware product if your PC exhibits diminished performance.
