Backdoor.VBbot.dl is an IRC controlled Trojan that is written with Microsoft Visual Basic. Backdoor.VBbot.dl can turn an infected system into a bot that is used to launch malicious DDos attacks on targeted computers. Backdoor.VBbot.dl is also able to disable security applications, leaving a compromised PC vulnerable to other malware.
