Backdoor.MSNNightmare is a backdoor Trojan which enters your computer system circumventing the installed security programs and guarantees a remote access to your machine for a third-party. Backdoor.MSNNightmare attempts to stay undetected by security software, that means it does not have an interface and runs in the background of your processes; therefore, you will not be aware of that your computer has been corrupted by Backdoor.MSNNightmare. Backdoor.MSNNightmare can result in a denial of service attacks, install other Trojans and various types of malware threats onto your computer system. Backdoor.MSNNightmare can easily slow down your Internet connection or block you from opening certain websites. Backdoor.MSNNightmare is also able to connect to a remote server and download and install a downloader or a keylogger Trojan, which will spy you, recording your keystrokes and then gather and store sensitive data such as your banking logins and passwords. It is recommended to remove Backdoor.MSNNightmare from the compromised PC as quickly as possible.
