Backdoor.Win32.Inject.iao is a Windows platform backdoor Trojan. It secretly enters users' computers by exploiting known system vulnerabilities. Other methods of propagation include file-sharing networks and unsolicited e-mails. When inside a computer, Backdoor.Win32.Inject.iao will give remote hackers unauthorized access and control over the machine. The hacker will then be able to steal private data from the system and use it for malicious activities. Backdoor.Win32.Inject.iao may also download additional threats onto a compromised system causing the system to slow down in performance.
