Antivir Solution Pro Image

Antivir Solution Pro, aka AntivirSolutionPro, is a rogue anti-spyware application that was designed to swindle users out of their money. Antivir Solution Pro spreads via Trojans. Once Antivir Solution Pro is inside a system it will display fake security alerts and simulate fake system scans that will report the detection of dangerous malware. Then Antivir Solution Pro will prompt the user to purchase it "full version" in order to remove all the "detected" threats. This is a scam; Antivir Solution Pro can neither detect nor remove computer threats.ScreenshotScreenshotScreenshotScreenshot

What you need to do is:
1. Reboot your PC.
2. Click F8 during the boot process.
3. In the boot menu - select Safe Mode with Networking
4. A dilouge box will appeare. Click \"no\" so that \"system restore\" window will appear.
5. Click on restore and select one of the previous dates available.
6. let system restore work until it finishes and u r good to go.
Good Luck!

Thank you so much for your directions. Looks like my computer picked it up during a Windows updates. This worked...thank you!!!!

Gil Sela - thank you so much for the information you gave regarding the system restore. It removed the problem I was having and allowed me back on the internet where I was able once again protect my system. Again - thank you

OK, so why aren't these people in prison? I mean those who created and distributed this virus.

God help the person/people that created this malware if I ever find out who they are.

How can we find out who's behind this and go after them?

I'm glad I researched this before I went running off trying to buy software that probably wouldn't have worked anyway.

Thank you Gil for the reminder about restoring a system back to a previous point. Saved me money and a lot of grief! I appreciate your willingness to let people know how to fix a problem without the expectation that its going to cost something.

The sad fact is there is no way to prosecute the people who create these viruses it is a sad fact of global internet usage. Anybody with a computer and an internet connection in a lot of foreign countries can put this crap out there and never worry about getting in trouble. In some cases it is encouraged in a few countries and most of it is aimed at the US market.

I fell for this thing, how do I get my money back. Does anybody have a contact for refund.

I fell for it and have taken action, If you used your credit card contact them explan what happen they will work for you just gather all the information you can, Like bank statment, credit card statement, There is a number for just this kind of thing that you can contact its for the innernet Call 1-800-251-7581 they will give you a web site to go to. You can also contact your police and see if they can bring action as well, Call your local FBI in your state I beleive this person will be stoped. I wish you all well PS Don`t allow this person to scare you with emails as they have tryed with me, make all copys of your emails , Like I said gather all information you have, the more you have will help in the long run. I wish you all well
