Adware.HandyInstaller is adware that may show disturbing pop-up advertisements based on the PC user's browsing activities on the computer system. When installed on the PC, Adware.HandyInstaller may add an unwanted browser add-on, plug-in or extension on the Web browser. If Adware.HandyInstaller pop-up advertisements are shown on the screen of the computer system once the PC user opens a new tab on the Web browser, it means that the PC may be corrupted by adware, particularly, Adware.HandyInstaller or a PUP (potentially unwanted program). Adware.HandyInstaller may cover the desktop of the PC disturbing pop-up ads or the ones pertaining to the PC user's Internet surfing routine in a form of underlined words and text boxes no matter which Web browser is used. Adware.HandyInstaller may be installed onto Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and other popular Web browsers. Adware.HandyInstaller may be installed when downloading freeware from the Internet without the PC user's approval.
