EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:

The Ad Blaster program is promoted on low-quality software centers and in freeware bundles as a powerful ad blocker that can ensure your ad-free browsing experience. However, the Ad Blaster program may block the native ads on websites you visit but it is supported by advertisers, and you may experience pop-up windows and see sponsored links loaded with marketing content. Therefore, security analysts classify the Ad Blaster application as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that may use HTTP cookies and read your Internet history in order to help its sponsors deliver targeted advertisements. The Ad Blaster application may appear as a browser plugin, an extension and an add-on that can use a background service to block ads by third parties and make sure that you have access to commercials by sponsors. Needless to say, the Ad Blaster app may replace ads on trusted websites with links to suspicious domains. Ad Blaster functions similarly to NewYTadBlocker and Obrona Blockads and may decrease your Internet client performance. Computer users may choose to remove all components of the Ad Blaster program by using a credible anti-spyware tool.
