Access TV Streaming

The Access TV Streaming offers users a quick and easy way to reach popular TV streaming resources and sites, as well as convenient links to popular shopping and social media sites. Unfortunately, all those who installed the Access TV Streaming, allowed a browser hijacker to take over their Web browser and modify its settings. The default homepage and new page tab will be changed to the Access TV Streaming New Tab while the default search engine will be replaced with a fake one - search.haccesstvstreaming.com.

Any search query carried out in the browser will be redirected to search.haccesstvstreaming.com, which, in turn, will run it through search.yahoo.com for the actual search results. 

In addition to the browser extension version, the Access TV Streaming is also available as a standalone browser based on the Chromium project. As it is quite similar to Chrome, many users may at first not even realize that they are not using their normal browser. A hint that something is not right is that the Access TV Streaming will create a toolbar on the affected machine's desktop. 

Reverting the changes made by Access TV Streaming may not be possible unless the application has been removed from the affected computer completely.
