The 1000 Amazon Gift Card Scam pop-up may be loaded at random due to other installed components on a Windows PC. Such components may load after installation of a freeware program or questionable software obtained from a questionable source.
The 1000 Amazon Gift Card Scam may leverage its enticing offer claiming that some PC users may qualify for a $1000 gift card. With such a offer, many PC users may click on accepting the offer, which may then redirect to a questionable and potentially malicious site. Stopping the loading of the 1000 Amazon Gift Card Scam may require use of an antimalware tool to safely detect components causing the pop-up to display. After discovering such components, they can then be removed using an updated antimalware program automatically to stop the annoying and potentially malicious pop-up scam.
