EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecard
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:
Ranking: The ranking of a particular threat in EnigmaSoft’s Threat Database.
Severity Level: The determined severity level of an object, represented numerically, based on our risk modeling process and research, as explained in our Threat Assessment Criteria.
Infected Computers: The number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular threat detected on infected computers as reported by SpyHunter.

Advanced Defender is a fake anti-spyware application that propagates via stealthy Trojans. On entering a system Advanced Defender will conduct a fake system scan then display a warning message that states the following:
"Cmd.exe is infected with worm Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger. This worm is trying to send your credit card details using to connect to remote host."
This is a fabricated warning that should be ignored. Advanced Defender may also display other types of security alerts to add to a victim's distress and coerce him/her into purchasing the "full version" of Advanced Defender which can apparently remove all the "detected" threats. To avoid detection and removal by legitimate security applications, Advanced Defender will remove security related executables, labeling them as infections. Advanced Defender can negatively affect the operation of a computer system therefore it should be eliminated upon detection.
Advanced Defender is a member of the WinPC Defender. Advanced Defender has many family members, all of them using the same misleading tactics to convince PC users to buy their useless security programs. Advanced Defender clones include WinPC Defender, SystemDefender, IE Defender, IE Defender, XPdefender, WinDefender2008, PC Privacy Defender, Malware Defender 2009, Smart Defender Pro, Ultimate Defender, Advanced XP Defender, Security Defender Pro 2015.
