If you need to change your username (the email address that you registered SpyHunter 5 with) or password, you must submit a support ticket requesting to change your username or password. You may submit a support ticket, through the "My Account" page, or directly within SpyHunter 5 by clicking on the "HelpDesk" tab, located in the main menu Screenshoot. When the "HelpDesk" window opens, click the "Submit a Support Ticket" button. Next, fill out the form with your information. In the "Problem Type" drop-down menu, please select the "Username Change" option.
