Smart Wallet is a piece of adware that is advertised to provide the user with useful and convenient features that should enhance their online activities, and more specifically, their shopping experience. However, in reality the situation is much different, and Smart Wallet rarely does what it is supposed to. The application does indeed generate suggestions for similar products and links to coupons and discounts, but the destinations of these links may often turn out to be a shady website that shouldn't be trusted blindly. Smart Wallet may also be responsible for the appearance of additional advertisements in just about any modern web browser, so it is safe to say that this threat can be classified as adware. Smart Wallet should be removed as soon as possible in order to restore the normal operational state of your favorite web browser.
