How to Contact ESG Technical Support Team

In order to contact and obtain ESG technical support assistance, you must submit a customer support ticket to obtain technical support assisstance. You can go to “How to Submit a Customer Support Ticket” to learn how to submit a customer support ticket using our customer support system. Please note that our customer support system is only available for customers that have the full version of SpyHunter.

You can also go to our “Forgot Your Password?” page to retrieve the email address (username) or password you registered with.

To solve any of the following “account access” issues listed below, please contact our payment processor Esellerate.net at 1-800-999-2734 (for international callers 1-719-576-0123) or via email at shopper@esellerate.net.

  • You cannot locate your account information or order number.
  • You did not receive an “Order Confirmation” email notification with your username and password information.
  • You cannot log into our customer support system to obtain technical support assisstance.
  • You cannot update SpyHunter and you are receiving the message “Invalid username or password”.

Please do not contact Esellerate.net for any technical support requests regarding SpyHunter. Esellerate.net handles all the purchases and billing issues regarding SpyHunter. They will be able to locate your account and provide you with your username and password. Make sure that you include your order number in the email, or have it available when you call. If you do not have your order number, please provide them with your information such as your full name or mailing addresss and they will be able to locate your account.
