Karatoh is known to be adware that, after installation on a PC may insert a plug-in, add-on or browser extension into Web browsers like Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox and other major Web browsers. The main goal of Karatoh may be to get a benefit via commercial advertisements containing discount coupons, sale deals, and other online offers that may be displayed on the PC while computer users are browsing online. Karatoh may also show non-stop advertisements above any search results in any popular search service especially when using Google. Karatoh may be distributed and install itself onto the computer as an optional application bundled with freeware or third-party programs that PC users download and install from insecure download websites. Karatoh may also spread via spam email messages and links from social networking websites that may be used to disperse advertisements of Karatoh.
