The iShopper browser extension is advertised as a shopping adviser that will help you purchase goods smarter and faster than before. However, the iShopper browser extension is deemed by security researchers as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) with adware capabilities. The iShopper extension works with advertisers to display relevant marketing content. You should note that the iShopper app can read your Internet history, bookmarks, record your typed URLs and entered search criteria in order to generate custom-made ads. The ads by iShopper may appear as an in-text hyperlinks to sponsors, banners, ad panels loaded with discounts and special offers as well as pop-ups with video ads. The operations of the iShopper app may slow down your web browser and obstruct you from browsing the web comfortably. Security experts note that the iShopper extension works as a redirect-gateway to resources by third parties that may not be secured, and your clicks are at your risk. The iShopper program is available for download from its official website, and it is most often installed along with free application installers. You might want to remove the iShopper extension from your PC by using a credible anti-spyware application that can delete all files associated with iShopper.
