Icovallid is considered to be adware that may display disturbing pop-up advertisements on the computer system. When installed on the PC, Icovallid may insert an unwanted browser add-on, plug-in, browser extension or BHO (Browser Helper Object). If the Icovallid pop-up advertisements emerge on the PC when the computer user opens a new tab on a Web browser, it may mean that the computer system may be infected with adware or a PUP (potentially unwanted program). Icovallid may display random pop-up ads and banners carrying numerous deals and offers or discount coupons, or ads and banners related to the PC user's Internet surfing habitsin a form of underlined words and text boxes no matter which Web browser is being used. Icovallid may be installed on Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and other major Web browsers. Icovallid may be installed when downloading freeware from questionable download websites on the Internet without the PC user's authorization.
