You can upload the setup file of the FitnessLance at Fitnesslance.com or may encounter it in a freeware bundle when you explore the 'Advanced' or 'Custom' option. The FitnessLance application may offer you unrestricted access to sources from Bodybuilding.com, Flexonline.com, and Muscleandstrength.com, but you will not be provided with paid content like in-house training routines and special diets. The FitnessLance application may edit your bookmarks collection to add links to resources on healthy food, exercises and sportswear, and may change your default search engine to Fitness-kit.net. Security authorities alert that the FitnessLance application is an adware that is coded by Informer Technologies, Inc. as a hybrid between the HealthySure and Healthy Days adware. The FitnessLance adware is part of the InstallCore family of adware and may be detected as Win32.InstallCore.Gen. The FitnessLance adware may change the layout of your new tab page and load video commercials on your screen when you start an Internet session.
