EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are assessment reports for different malware threats which have been collected and analyzed by our research team. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards evaluate and rank threats using several metrics including real-world and potential risk factors, trends, frequency, prevalence, and persistence. EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards are updated regularly based on our research data and metrics and are useful for a wide range of computer users, from end users seeking solutions to remove malware from their systems to security experts analyzing threats.
EnigmaSoft Threat Scorecards display a variety of useful information, including:

Severity Level: The determined severity level of an object, represented numerically, based on our risk modeling process and research, as explained in our Threat Assessment Criteria.

Computer users might want to abstain from installing the Discover Treasure browser helper because it is recognized as adware that may redirect you to harmful sites like Selectgo.net and Buildathome.info. The Discover Treasure adware may be offered to you in a freeware package as a shopping adviser, but its main goal is to generate affiliate marketing revenue for its developers. The DiscoverTreasurenow.com page does not provide information on who created it and who operates the servers that support the Discover Treasure adware. The End-User License Agreement (EULA) that comes with Discover Treasure reveals that users might be subjected to a constant stream of advertising content while they use Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Security investigators note that the Discover Treasure adware might decrease your browser performance, and you may not be able to load 480p and 720p videos on platforms like YouTube and Vimeo. The Discover Treasure adware may hog up your system resources to read the meta tags of pages you visit and search terms on Google to show personalized commercials on banners, floating ad-boxes and full-page promotions. The Discover Treasure adware does not differ from Actual Click Shopping and AdsAlert greatly, and may crash your browser. The Discover Treasure adware may have installed its files in the hidden AppData folder that the Windows OS uses to store program settings and evade detection. You should install a trusted anti-spyware application to find and remove all components of the Discover Treasure adware that are residing on your machine.
