Boleto is an aggressive malware threat that may have functions similar to that of the famous Zeus Trojan horse where it acts much like a botnet. In the actions of Boleto it may attempt to steal data from an infected system and use that information to lead to accessing online accounts or even online banking accounts. The payload of Boleto may be massive including components for encrypting files or compressing libraries on an infected system. Additionally, Boleto may bypass certain detection methods or security programs.
