Beta Rez is an adware threat that may declare to help computer users shop and save money on numerous products online. Beta Rez may circulate and insert itself into the PC through bundled free applications that are available for download to PC users on suspicious download websites. Beta Rez may display unwanted pop-up ads and banners carrying discount coupons, sale, deals, and offers on the computer. Beta Rez may take over of all the Web browsers installed on the PC and alter the default browser settings. Beta Rez may also substitute the default homepage and search engine or a new tab window with an unreliable website that was created to possibly generate advertising revenue from clicks on commercial ads and increased web traffic.
