APcDefender is a fake security application from the WinPC Defender family of rogue anti-spyware programs. APcDefender does not have the ability to detect and remove computer parasites therefore it should never be used for any type of security protection your PC. APcDefender can be installed through a Trojan horse without notice or permission from the computer user. Once installed, APcDefender may display annoying popup alerts and deceiving spyware scan results. A system with APcDefender installed on it can be seriously damaged through randomly named malicious files that come from the APcDefender application. It is very important to rid your system of APcDefender before system files are damages causing performance issues.
