This didn't work for me, Antispyware Soft closes it immediately and claims it's infected. This doesn't work, at least not anymore. I'm guessing they upgraded the virus.

Hello Ben,

The situation that you are experiencing is where Antispyware Soft, like many other rogues, constantly updates. Even worst, you could have a rootkit which regenerates meaning it can recreate itself after you attempt to remove it. We try to track new files like this on a daily basis. However, there is a feature on SpyHunter called the Spyware Helpdesk where one of our technicians can create a custom fix that is transmitted back to SpyHunter. All you would have to do is update SpyHunter.

Hi,
i was infected with that bloody fake anti spyware program and after following deleting the registary and the location of the folder it has gone, for now. however, i had to start up my computor in safe mode. if i didnt do it then the spyware would not let me load anything up. But anyway, i started my computor in safe mode and ran 'regedit' and then found the registary listed, however i didnt find the AVScan entry but i did find an AVGuide folder, which had lots of random string entries in it. So i delted them and now it seems to be gone. Thanks for the help!!! I thought that i was going to have to format my hard drive, which has around 600gb of data!!!. Thanks very much.
Scott

hi

i downloaded the program and i can g5e5t it of can you tell me how .Like Ben it closed maine and i dont know how to format

HOW TO REMOVE ANTISPYWARE

Here's a little tidbit. the random string that anti spyware soft generates usually ends in a tssd.

And it blocks the task manager. But if you go to C:/WINDOWS/System32 and find taskmng or taskmng.exe and change the name to iexplore or iexplore.exe, then you should be able to open up task manager. From there, go to processes and find the one process that's a random string ending in tssd and terminate it. It temporarily stops anti spyware soft

i had this virus thingy and for the life of me i couldnt get into safe mode the arrow keys wouldnt work so i downloaded spyhunter software and it seems too have disappeared how do i know if its still in my pc

I finally got it cleared. It took doing the regedit and then removing the corporate version of Norton I had, installing the free version of AVG, and running three virus scans with it fixing errors on the first two. I doubt I would have ever been successful without the comments from this web site.

Thanks for all the info. I somehow got rid of this antispyware soft by manually shutting down my computer then starting it in safemode and restoring to an early time. Don't know for sure it's gone but it seems to be working fine without any of those annoying messages popping up every two seconds.

I can be your testimonial it really worked for me best ever malware remover i planning to buy the first time ever i buy a spyhunter really good and intelligent
